The Guild welcomes all community members to join us for a morning of connection to welcome newly practicing therapists into our community. Ashley Radtke and Valerie Hughes will host a workshop supporting new clinicians in developing awareness of marketing and connecting in a field that can often feel a bit siloed for the first 45 minutes. The rest of our morning will be focused on mingling and connecting. Supervisors, mentors, and more seasoned community members are encouraged to join for community building in-person!
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will learn ways to market themselves and their work with the intention of attracting clients within their specialties.
- Participants will gain insight into resume building and interview practices appropriate to the counseling field.
- Participants will develop skills to assess potential supervisors and community supports for goodness of fit for their clinical development.
