Whether you are dealing with life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, or wanting to really explore your identity and learn how to set more healthy boundaries, I would love to work with you. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals, teens, young adults, adults, and educators. I have been a life-long ally and am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals' rights to lead a healthy and happy life in their own skin.
You deserve time to slow down, reexamine your priorities, and take an active role in your own healing. Therapy is the place for all of that.
